I’m not here to fix you. You’re not broken.
You’re evolving, and I’m here to walk with you through the weird, wild, and wonderful parts of it all.

Meet Lorena
Hi there!
I’m Lorena ~ Menopause Coach, MS-warrior, and lifelong optimist.
Having spent over 30 years in healthcare, from high-stakes ICU nights to the quiet dignity of hospice care, as well as being a wife and Mom to 3 sons, I thought I had a grasp on all medical issues.
I’ve held hands at bedsides, taught patients & families how to breathe easier, and walked with people through beginnings and endings.
But when menopause hit me like a hormonal freight train, I realized something big was missing, even with all my medical training & experience:
Real talk. Real community. Real tools.
That’s why I created HIVE.
I wanted a space where women didn’t feel confused, dismissed, or alone. A space where science meets sisterhood, and where we laugh and learn through the mess of midlife together.
These days, I’m on a mission to help women feel strong, informed, and empowered. Without the nonsense. Without the runaround.
Whether it’s walking five miles, doing 5 more reps of body weight exercise than I did the day before, or coaching from the heart, I’m proof that resilience doesn’t mean doing it all. It means showing up, again and again, even when it’s hard.
You’re not going crazy. You’re absolutely not weak.
And you’re definitely not alone.
